Decisions
That saying about a problem being a double ended sword, i finally get it, its not that you cant fight the situation (so it becomes a lose-lose scenario).
Its that when you deal with the problem, which ever end you hold the knife with to fight, you get cut and the harder you fight, the more pain you inflict on yourself, till it becomes numb and you lose the reason you even picked up the knife.

not enough time to do things i love
my body misses cooking new foods and making recipes to give to friends.
and the want to watch julie and julia makes me realise i need to start cooking and want to post them up so im going to do it like once a week make up some recipe thing.
and to keep friends happy realised i have to take note of measurements something i hate doing…. but yay tomorrow...

Anxiety
My life at this moment is fine and so now im waiting for the scales to tip hence the anxiety.
Pessimistic outlook i suppose but for some reason, without the chaos of a problem i feel like im just floating through and waiting for everything to fall and crumble.
Some friends have been talking about how theyre growing up; studying more, getting a new job, living independently etc.
I hope one...
